Register for the Big Science presentation
Congratulations to your school, the staff and the students on achieving an outstanding result in the 2009 Rio Tinto Big Science Competition!
The Presentation Ceremony will be held at the Finkel Theatre on Tuesday 18 August 2009, at the John Curtin Medical School in Canberra. This is on the campus of the Australian National University.
The ceremony starts at 11 am, with morning tea served from 10 am. It will be followed by a light lunch, then tours of laboratories of the ANU. The event concludes at 3.30 pm.
ASI will organise flights and land transport in Canberra for all Grade 10 students with perfect scores. We will also organise flights and land transport in Canberra for an accompanying teacher or other adult.
Students and accompanying teachers and parents will be met at the Airport and transported to the ANU by bus.

- We need to collect details of all those attending the event so we can organise flights, transport to and from Canberra Airport and catering at the event.
Please register the names and contact details of all students and accompanying staff.
- Note: If you are a teacher, or supervising adult, registering students as well as yourself - please have on hand the following student information before beginning this registration.
- Student's full name (as it appears on ID such as drivers licence)
- Student's postal address and contact phone number
- Student's special dietary, or medical requirements
- Student's accessibility requirements, such as wheelchair access.
Guest registration
- Other members of family and staff are most welcome to attend the event but we are unable to pay for their flights. They should register as guests.
